What delivery costs

Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, and nothing is added at checkout.

How long it takes

7 to 14 business days, counted from the day after you order. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in South Africa a courier can reach a street address. We cannot deliver to a PO Box or a private bag. We do not ship outside South Africa.

Tracking

Every order goes out with a tracked courier. We email you the tracking number on the day it leaves us.

What the courier needs from you

A street address with a suburb, city and postal code, and a mobile number the driver can reach on the day. If you are in a complex or an estate, we need the unit number too. A missing unit number is the most common reason a parcel comes back to us.

If a parcel comes back to us

If the courier cannot deliver because an address detail or a number was wrong, we will contact you, get the right details, and send it out again.

If it does not arrive

If 14 business days have passed and nothing has arrived, write to theperiodkit@gmail.com or WhatsApp +27 68 061 3753 and we will trace it with the courier. If the parcel is lost, we replace it or refund you.
