Our story
The kind of shop we wanted to be
We are a small South African shop and we sell a few things for period days.
Here is what we are not going to do. We are not going to tell you this changes your life. We are not going to show you a woman on a beach who has clearly never had a bad day. We are not going to promise you a cure for something nobody can cure, and then take your money for it.
What we will do is tell you exactly what a thing is. A heat pad is warm. It straps on under your clothes. It runs on a battery, so you are not tied to a plug and a couch for an hour. That is the whole claim, and we can back every word of it.
Everything is packed by hand. When you write to us, one person reads it and answers, usually the same day. If something goes wrong we fix it, and you will not have to fight us for it.
We would rather be the shop that told you the truth than the one that sold you a feeling. There is enough of the second kind already.
