How your order gets to you

Delivery is free on every order. Nothing is added at checkout.

Orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days, counted from the day after you order. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Every order is packed by hand and sent with a tracked courier. You get a tracking number by email the day it goes out.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in South Africa a courier can reach a street address. We cannot deliver to a PO Box or a private bag.

What the driver needs

A street address with a suburb, city and postal code, and a mobile number he can reach on the day. If a complex or estate is named, we need the unit number too. A missing unit number is the most common reason a parcel comes back to us.
