Returns and refunds

If it arrives damaged or faulty

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Send a photo if you can, but do not package anything up until we have told you what happens next. We pay the return postage on this one.

If you change your mind

You have 7 days from delivery. The item has to come back unused and in its packaging. [TO CONFIRM: who pays the return postage, and whether you refund, exchange or give store credit]

Your rights

Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
